Under what circumstances will Ctrip fail to pay?

The following situations will cause the payment to fail:

1. Cardholder's name is entered incorrectly.

2. Incorrect credit card verification code or valid date.

3. The order amount is higher than the bank card payment limit or daily payment limit, and the bank card amount is lower than the payment amount or the balance of Alipay is insufficient.

4. Credit cards or debit cards do not support online transactions.

If this happens, you can contact your issuing bank.
