There is a message in the soul saying that someone left a message to read it.

The message viewing method is as follows:

1. Open the "Soul" application in your mobile phone, log in to your account, select "Plaza" in the bottom navigation bar, and then click the button in the lower right corner of the interface.

2. On the "Messages" page, we can view other people's comments and reply messages on the current account, as well as matters needing attention.

3. If you want to press and hold the prompt message you want to delete, please select the "Confirm Delete" option in the prompt box.
