How can the mobile phone be cleared?

Vivo mobile phone double clear operation method:

1. Restore all settings and erase all data:

Go to Settings-System Management/More Settings-Backup and Reset/Restore Factory Settings-Restore all settings and erase all data.

2. Enter the recovery mode, select Clear All Data, and then restart the device.

Note: Clearing all data will delete all data stored internally (except SD card data), including installed applications, contacts, short messages, files, etc. This recovery can be used when a serious exception occurs and there is no other way to solve it.
