In two cases, 1, you did it, and 2, someone's mobile phone number is similar to yours, which is caused by filling in the wrong number when registering the mobile phone.

Solution: If it is 1, please call the confirmation card of ICBC as soon as possible, and then handle it as soon as possible (ICBC telephone number is 95588). If it is case 2, please call customer service to tell them that the registration number is incorrect and ask them to modify it (provide them with the time, content and number when calling).
