Notice on Strengthening the Responsibility of Personal Epidemic Prevention and Control

In view of the frequent outbreaks in some areas of China, the situation of epidemic prevention and control is severe and complicated, and the pressure on foreign defense investment is still relatively high. In accordance with the spirit of "novel coronavirus Prevention and Control Plan", the Office of District Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters solemnly reminds residents to earnestly fulfill their personal responsibility for epidemic prevention and control. The relevant requirements are hereby notified as follows:

First, strictly implement independent filing. Pay attention to the change of epidemic situation in the whole country, and report to the territory, work unit and hotel as soon as possible if there are the following situations: ① Living history in high, medium and low risk areas within 7 days; (2) the history of residence in the county where the local positive infection occurred in the society within 7 days; ③ Return after the quarantine at the port of entry expires; ④ Abnormal health code; (5) Receiving short messages about epidemic risk from prevention and control departments at all levels; ⑥ Have contact history with confirmed cases, or have overlapping activity tracks, and overlap at the same time; ⑦ Symptoms include fever, dry cough, fatigue, hypoesthesia, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea, etc.

Second, strictly implement normalization measures. Residents entering public places should cooperate with normal epidemic prevention and control measures such as scanning "health code" and "place code", measuring body temperature and wearing masks. It is strictly forbidden to use "clear code" instead of "scan code". We should continue to abide by the basic epidemic prevention behavior norms such as frequent hand washing, frequent ventilation, wearing a mask, reading one meter, less gathering, civilized dining, cough etiquette, cleaning and disinfection, maintaining toilet hygiene, and developing a healthy lifestyle.

Third, strictly implement vaccination. Residents should respond to COVID-19's vaccination policy, and those who are over 3 years old and have no vaccination taboo should take the initiative to complete vaccination as soon as possible, so as to build an immune barrier for the whole society.

Four, strictly implement the requirements of home isolation medical observation. Home isolation personnel must live alone or in a single room. If it is really necessary to live with others, I and the residents in the same hospital are not allowed to go out and refuse all visits during the medical observation at home. Home isolation personnel should do a good job in self-health testing and report to the village medical observation and management personnel on their own initiative. Medical and other special circumstances need to go out, to do a good job of personal protection, after the approval of the village management personnel, the implementation of special personnel, car closed-loop management.

Five, strictly implement the requirements of family health monitoring. Family health monitors measure their body temperature once every morning and evening, monitor their symptoms and report to the village truthfully. You are not allowed to go out during home health monitoring. If it is necessary to go out due to medical and other special circumstances, with the approval of the village management, do a good job of personal protection, wear N95/KN95 anti-particle mask and avoid taking public transport.

Six, strictly implement the statutory personal epidemic prevention and control responsibility. There are no bystanders in front of the epidemic, everyone is an important link, and everyone is a key line of defense. Residents are requested not to go to the county where the high-risk area is located unless necessary, to fulfill their personal responsibilities, cooperate with epidemic prevention measures, abide by epidemic prevention regulations, assume more social responsibilities, and make due contributions to the overall situation of epidemic prevention and control in the whole region.
