How to return Tencent Wangka?

There are two ways to return the card:

1. Tencent wangka is not activated successfully: it is not activated within 10 days after receiving the goods, and the system will automatically take back the number.

2. Tencent Wangka has been successfully activated: you can go to your Unicom business hall to cancel your account with the valid certificate of the owner. In addition, eligible customers can also handle the account cancellation business through the mobile phone business hall of China Unicom, log in to the mobile phone business hall through the mobile phone number and password of the account to be cancelled, and select the service-handling-account cancellation business.
