Hello, "Golden Life Card" is a debit card gold card with personal comprehensive financial services and pension financial inquiry functions issued by our bank to pension financial customers, and it is an upgraded version of the "Enterprise Annuity Card" previously launched by our bank. "Golden Life Card" is divided into "Golden Life Magnetic Stripe Gold Card" (BIN No.622609, voucher type 324V) and "Golden Life Magnetic Stripe ic Gold Card".

Treatment conditions:

1. The enterprise may authorize designated personnel to open the gold life card collectively. The enterprise shall issue an "authorization statement" and confirm the name and identity of the person in charge in writing. If there is any change, the bank shall be informed in time. Authorization statement, written confirmation, copies of identity documents and work permits of designated personnel shall be kept in their designated account opening outlets for safekeeping.

2. The bank where the enterprise is located is responsible for opening accounts for the "Golden Life Card" in batches, and can also accept individual employees to open cards. Batch account opening refers to the collective account opening method of individual accounts. To open a personal card at the counter, the bank must verify the identity of the customer. In addition to providing personal valid certificates, customers must also provide real and effective work certificates or written work certificates issued by customers of pension financial enterprises.

3. This card is only used by enterprise annuity customers.
