Maybe you are not using the version of Bank of China, and there are format differences between different versions.

There are two ways to solve it:

Method 1: Change the phone settings.

As shown in the figure, there is a mobile phone number, and the name is stored in the address book, but the name cannot be displayed correctly when an incoming call is made.

Go back to the phone desktop and click to enter the settings option. Find the "Phone" option in the setting interface, as shown in the figure.

In the Phone option, find the switch next to Dial Assistant in the drop-down page and turn it on.

Remarks: According to the instructions on the mobile phone, the role of the dialing assistant is to automatically determine the correct international or local telephone prefix when dialing.

At this point, when there is another call, the name of the caller can be displayed correctly, as shown in the figure.

Method 2: Change the format of mobile phone number.

The reason why the name can't be displayed is that the phone number of the incoming call is directly sent to the mobile phone by the operator in the form of +86 135. ..............................................................................................................................

First, go back to the mobile phone desktop, click "Address Book" and find the address book user name that needs to modify the number format, as shown in the figure below.

Click the "Edit" option in the upper right corner of the name, enter "+86" before its phone number, and click "Finish".
