Open Sichuan Tianfu Health Link with WeChat and click Re-declaration. Click the X icon behind the original mobile phone number. Enter the mobile phone number you are using now. After the mobile phone number is modified, drop down the page, check my promise here, check it and click Finish.

Open the WeChat homepage and you can see the following findings. Click to find applets. Click on the applet, and you can see the recently used Tianfu Health Link in my applet. Click on Tianfu Health Log to check your health code. If you want to go somewhere, just scan the place code with your Tianfu Health Pass.
