Why can't I add the SMS number?

This problem has been bothering me for months. Try this method: enter * # * # 4636 # * * into "Mobile Phone Information" to find smsc, click Refresh, and a set of numbers will appear. Change the mobile phone number inside to the local SMS center number, click Update, and then go back and try.
