Why did the trip code query fail?

Go back to your mobile phone desktop and click Mobile Network. Then click Move Data. Switch networks, sometimes the network is not good and the query will fail. Enter the travel card page again and click Login. The mobile phone number pops up on the page, and click Allow. Then click the epidemic prevention itinerary card, and the detailed steps are as follows:

1. As shown above, query of epidemic prevention route card failed.

2. Return to the mobile phone desktop and click Mobile Network.

3. Then click Move Data.

4. Switch the network. Sometimes the network is bad and the query will fail.

5. Enter the travel card page again and click Login.

6. The mobile phone number pops up on the page, and click Allow.

7. Then click Epidemic Prevention travel itinerary.

8. Mobile Number Enter the mobile number of another service provider. For example, if the mobile phone can't find it, change the number of the telecom, then enter the verification received by the mobile phone number, and click Query.

9. Click "Query" to find the travel code.
