According to Article 19 of the Procedures for Handling Illegal Acts in Road Traffic Safety, within 10 days from the date when the illegal acts are collected by the traffic technology monitoring equipment, the traffic management department of the public security organ where the illegal acts occurred will review the records and enter them into the road traffic violation information management system as evidence of illegal acts.

Article 20 stipulates that within three days after the illegal information recorded by traffic technology monitoring equipment is entered into the road traffic violation information management system, the traffic control department will provide inquiries to the society. So at the latest, you can make an online inquiry or receive a SMS reminder within 13 working days after the illegal act occurs.

If it is found and signed by the traffic police at the scene, the owner needs to go to the local traffic police team within 15 days after the violation. If it is not processed for more than 15 days, a late fee of 3% will be paid every day.
