I suggest you try again after leaving such an area for a certain distance.

2. If call barring, harassment interception and call forwarding have been set on your mobile phone or the other party's mobile phone, it is recommended to turn off this function.

3. I suggest you restart your mobile phone or switch flight modes and try to search for signals again.
