Samsung 9280 curved screen does not display SMS and missed calls. Suggestion:

1. standby-mobile phone-record-menu key in the lower left corner-view mode-all records, all records in the mobile phone can be displayed.

2. If the above operations still cannot be displayed, please check whether the software such as third-party incoming calls is installed in the mobile phone and try to uninstall it.

3. If the display is still abnormal, please back up the data in your phone and restore the factory settings (Settings-Reset/Privacy/Personal-Restore the factory settings).
