How to cancel the mobile couple number?

Call customer service, quote the mobile phone number that needs to be cancelled, and cancel the couple's mobile phone service.

Cancel business:

1, open the browser, enter the address of China Mobile's online business hall in the browser address bar, and press enter to confirm.

2. After entering the login page, enter your mobile phone number and six-digit service password. If you forget the service password, just dial 10086 to change the password manually, or change the login mode on the webpage to "random password" and click the "Login" button.

3. After entering China Mobile Personal Center, move the mouse to the "My Mobile Phone" navigation tab in the navigation bar, and click "Business Status Query Link" in the option list that appears to query the service usage and cancel the service.
