One-card multi-number service is a product tailored for floating population by China Telecom Group. Users can apply for a Tianyi number in addition to the existing Tianyi number. Users can dial two numbers to call in and call out short messages without changing cards or adding additional cards.

One-card-multi-number service is aimed at users who have a large number of communication needs between the two places, and it mainly has the following characteristics:

1. A physical UM card contains two mobile phone numbers belonging to different provinces, and there is no need to change or add a card.

2. Both numbers can be used as calling numbers: when users with one card and two numbers dial/send short messages to domestic mobile phones and fixed-line users to which the virtual number belongs, they will automatically use the virtual number to call out; Otherwise, use the main number to call out.

3. Both numbers can be used as called numbers: the main number and imaginary number can be used as called numbers to answer calls or receive short messages.

4. Preferential tariff: Mobile phone and fixed-line users make local and domestic false calls, and are charged according to the local preferential tariff.

5. Unified charging: All fees for the virtual number of the main number are charged on the main number.

6. Virtual number and main number must belong to different local networks; You don't need to use um card to write the number when accepting the virtual number; Do not accept any value-added services, program-controlled functions and packages on the virtual number; Virtual number can't log in to the net hall and palm hall.

7. All kinds of recharge cards and services can only recharge the main number, not the virtual number. The recharge method is consistent with the recharge method of the package or product to which the main number belongs.
