First of all: SMS outside the network and SMS inside the network are relative concepts. Refers to the network used by operators and information outside the network. For example, the in-network short message referred to by China Mobile Number is the short message sent by the mobile number, and the off-network short message is Unicom short message, telecom short message, PHS short message, etc. On the other hand, if it is Unicom's mobile phone number, then the network is the SMS sent by Unicom's number, and the network is naturally mobile, PHS SMS and so on.

Then Monternet SMS refers to the SMS of cooperation between SP service provider and Monternet of China Mobile. For example, if you send a message to 106 1700 (Monternet code of Tencent QQ), or the message sent to you by 106 1700 is called Monternet SMS.

In addition, Monternet SMS and Monternet MMS are also related, but one is in the form of SMS and the other is in the form of MMS.
