At present, the domestic epidemic situation is characterized by "multiple points, wide areas and multiple occurrences", and the risk of epidemic situation input in surrounding areas continues to increase, and the external defense pressure is unprecedented. In order to further implement the "four early" requirements, according to the needs of epidemic prevention and control in our city, the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control headquarters decided to strengthen nucleic acid for 28 key personnel from now on, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. According to the requirement of "everyone should check and not miss anyone", all kinds of key risk personnel should take the initiative to carry out nucleic acid testing according to the prescribed frequency.

① 1 day 1 inspectors include: all staff of medical institutions; COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control personnel engaged in epidemic adjustment, disinfection, specimen collection and testing; Centralized isolation of staff in medical observation places; Medical waste transport and disposal personnel; Incoming passengers transfer to staff; Personnel who come into contact with imported cold chain food in the process of transportation, circulation and sales; Public security prison staff; Personnel who are in direct contact with international mail express such as driving, loading and unloading, disinfection, etc. ; Other personnel who come into contact with imported goods in the process of transportation, circulation and sales.

②2 days 1 inspectors include: front-line employees of domestic passenger transport, urban public transport and taxis; Staff of the market supervision system; Takeaway related staff; Farmers' market staff; Staff in restaurants, cafes and other places; Other employees in the postal express delivery industry; Shopping mall and supermarket staff; Staff involved in community epidemic prevention and control.

③ Weekly inspection personnel include: retail pharmacy employees; Staff in hotels, guest houses and other places; Staff of civil service institutions such as pension institutions, child welfare institutions, minors' rescue and protection institutions, mental health welfare institutions, vagrants and beggars' rescue and management institutions, funeral service institutions, etc.; Urban managers; Banking system staff; All the staff of various organs and institutions in the city.

④ Weekly 1 Patrol personnel include: A-level scenic spots, museums, exhibition halls, art galleries, libraries and other related staff; Bookstore staff; Employees of labor-intensive enterprises;

Schools at all levels in the city should conduct nucleic acid testing for all students according to the requirement of not less than 20% every day to ensure full coverage within one week. Key groups such as teachers, security guards, cleaning staff, school doctors, boarding houses, catering services, postal express delivery, etc. must patrol at 1 every day.

2. All localities should scientifically coordinate regional nucleic acid detection, optimize the setting of sampling points, and provide convenient services. The competent departments of various industries should guide and urge the units under their jurisdiction to carry out nucleic acid testing to ensure that "all the inspections should be checked". All units should implement the nucleic acid testing of employees and strictly check the negative certificates of nucleic acid testing of foreign personnel. The general public should fulfill their legal obligations, take the initiative to participate in nucleic acid detection and actively cooperate with the implementation of epidemic prevention measures. Those who fail to carry out nucleic acid detection according to regulations will be managed by yellow code. Personnel and units that fail to implement the relevant regulations will be investigated for responsibility according to the law and dealt with severely.

Nucleic acid detection is an effective means of accurate prevention and control, and it is also a line of defense for the general public to protect themselves. Only when everyone is responsible and consciously responsible can we build a barrier for epidemic prevention and control and jointly protect the hard-won prevention and control achievements!
