If you can't receive SMS or phone calls, we suggest the following methods for troubleshooting:

1. If the other party sends you a text message/phone call, and you receive the message in the nailing application, click OK, and you won't be sent a text message/phone call again.

2. Please check whether the other party's number has been blacklisted.

3. Please check whether the nail card is used to open the work number. If you open a job number, you will send a text message and a phone call in the job number.
