How to unsubscribe from the comprehensive information service fee? There are three ways to delete it:

One: Log on to the homepage of China Telecom's online business hall.

1. Log in to the online business hall and enter your account number and password.

2. Click on the merchant.

3. Click to view the processed business.

4. Find the business that needs to be unsubscribed, and click unsubscribe.

5. Just wait for the SMS notification to succeed.

Two: dial 10000 to switch to manual logout, but you must have the service password of your mobile phone number.

Three: Take your ID card to the business hall to find a staff member, and you can cancel it directly.

Interpretation of comprehensive information service fee;

1. Telecom integrated information service fee refers to the fees used by customers for their own value-added services and information industry applications in the name of China Telecom, except for ordinary voice communication, ordinary wireless Internet access, ordinary sending and receiving of short messages and multimedia messages, and CP/SP cooperative services.

2. Does not include voice communication fees, Internet access and data communication fees, and fees incurred from the use of SMS and MMS services.
