When will the results of the law exam be released?

The results of the subjective and objective questions of the law examination will be announced about one month after the test. The objective questions of the 2022 law examination will be announced on September 24, and the subjective questions will be checked on November 30. Law exam score inquiry:

1. Candidates can inquire by logging into the Ministry of Justice website, the official website of the China Legal Popularization Network; or through China Unicom Voice Telephone.

The passing score of the Law Examination

The total score for the objective questions of the Law Examination is 300 points, and the national passing score for the objective questions of the Law Examination is 180 points. There are three levels of relaxation of qualifying marks.

(1) The Tibet Autonomous Region has relaxed the qualifying score to 140 points;

(2) Tibet-related prefectures and counties in the four provinces of Qinghai, Sichuan, Yunnan, and Gansu, four prefectures in Xinjiang, and Liangshan in Sichuan Prefectures, Nujiang Prefecture in Yunnan, Linxia Prefecture in Gansu, and key national rural revitalization counties have relaxed the qualifying score to 150 points;

(3) In other relaxed places, the qualifying score has been relaxed to 160 points.

The total score for the subjective questions of the law examination is 180 points, and the national passing score for the subjective questions of the law examination is 108 points. The local qualifying scores have been relaxed and divided into three levels.

(1) The Tibet Autonomous Region has relaxed the qualifying score to 85 points;

(2) Tibet-related prefectures and counties in the four provinces of Qinghai, Sichuan, Yunnan, and Gansu, Liangshan Prefecture in Sichuan, and Nujiang Prefecture in Yunnan , Gansu Linxia Prefecture and the national key rural revitalization counties have relaxed the passing score to 90 points;

(3) The passing score in other places has been relaxed to 95 points.
