Error activating imessage. What's going on here?

1iMessage is directly integrated into the "information" function of Apple devices (that is, the program that we send messages on iphone). Apple iOS5 and above have inherited the iCloud cloud service internally. In other words, all iOS5 users and iphone4s users must register an iCloud account before using the iphone. This email address is the account where others send messages to you through imessage. For example, when I use the iphone4s wizard, I registered an icloud account named philp@me.com. At this time, you can enter philp@me.com in the column of Enter the other party's mobile phone number in imessage. After about 2-3 seconds, you will be prompted to pass, and you can start sending text messages. Another friend will ask, is it ok to send imessage to other email addresses?
