There are two reasons why online payment can't receive verification code:

Your postal bank card has been changed to online banking mobile phone number. After logging in to online banking, select Customer Service-Data Modification to see whether the mobile phone number is the current mobile phone number.

There is a delay in receiving the mobile phone verification code. The mobile phone may delay the verification code because of poor signal or too many times of receiving verification code recently.

The bank card has two mobile phone numbers, one is reserved mobile phone number, and the other is online banking mobile phone number. It is suggested that if you change your mobile phone number at the Postal Savings Bank, remember to change all your mobile phone numbers, otherwise you will have to go twice.
