Notice on organizing the implementation of normalized weekly free nucleic acid screening for all employees

Residents and friends:

In order to improve the sensitivity of epidemic monitoring under normalization, according to the unified deployment of Baoding epidemic prevention leading group and the research decision of Tangxian epidemic prevention and control headquarters, the county will carry out free nucleic acid screening every Wednesday from May 25th. From June 1 day, check the negative certificate of nucleic acid test in public places within 7 days. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Sampling time

Every Wednesday morning at 5:00- 1 1:00, and the specific sampling time shall be subject to the notice of each township and community.

Second, the sampling location

All administrative villages and community neighborhood committees in the county shall scientifically set up sampling points in advance according to the living conditions of personnel. All residents shall, in principle, take part in the sampling at the sampling point of their current residence, and may take samples at the workplace after reporting to the town and community where they are located in special circumstances.

Third, the detection object

All residents in Tang county, including permanent population, temporary population and temporary floating population.

Four, free mining personnel

1. 17 key population and yellow code and red code personnel should carry out regular nucleic acid detection in strict accordance with the specified detection frequency and method.

2. People with fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell and taste, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea and other suspicious symptoms in COVID-19 should not be sampled at social sampling points, but should be investigated at fever clinics according to regulations.

3. People who have been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine within 48 hours.

4. People who don't go to public places due to physical reasons such as old age and illness in bed. And infants under 3 years old.

1. Residents participating in nucleic acid screening should prepare their ID cards in advance and voluntarily present their health codes.

2. Do not smoke, drink or chew gum 30 minutes before sampling; Try to avoid eating 2 hours before sampling.

3. Residents participating in nucleic acid screening are requested to obey the command of the sampling site staff, queue up in an orderly manner, keep a "one-meter line", do not gather, do not spit everywhere, and wear masks at all times. The staff can only take off the mask after they are ready for sampling. Please wear a mask in time after sampling and leave immediately. Don't stay at the sampling site.

5. Once a week, no written report is issued for all residents' nucleic acid testing and screening, and the test results can be inquired through "Hebei Health Code".

From June 1 day, anyone who enters the party and government organs, enterprises and institutions, shopping malls, supermarkets, medical institutions, hotels, commercial buildings, scenic spots, farmers' markets, parks, gardens, libraries, art galleries, exhibition halls, cinemas, chess and card rooms, internet cafes, karaoke halls, teahouses, stadiums, swimming pools, public bathrooms and barbershops in Tangxian County, 7.

7. Departments and units in charge of various industries should strictly carry out the health code inspection, and urge the personnel in this industry and this unit to actively participate in the normalized nucleic acid screening to achieve full inspection. Organs at all levels, enterprises and institutions at all levels and market players in the county should actively provide favorable conditions to support and guarantee residents to participate in nucleic acid screening. If the relevant public places and units fail to check the nucleic acid test certificate as required, or individuals fail to conduct normalized nucleic acid screening as required, resulting in the spread of the epidemic, they will bear corresponding legal responsibilities.

8. Checking the negative proof of nucleic acid test in public places and carrying out normalized nucleic acid screening are important means to find the epidemic risk early and ensure social stability, and are also necessary measures for residents' self-health management. Please understand and support the residents, take the initiative to participate, take the initiative to detect, cooperate with the inspection, build a defense line for mass prevention and control, and jointly protect the hard-won achievements of epidemic prevention and control.
