How to send text messages to PHS on mobile phone?

The method of sending text messages to PHS of China Netcom and China Telecom from mobile phones is the same, just 106 + long distance area code + PHS number.

Please note: China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom (South) in the China Netcom (North) region are not interconnected for the PHS SMS; China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom (South) region are not interconnected. China Netcom (North)'s PHS is also temporarily unable to communicate with each other when sending text messages.
