Mate40pro has not been pushed by HarmonyOS system.

Maybe the current version of your mobile phone is not on the baseline version (version number 1 1.0. 175). Please back up the data in advance (QQ, WeChat and other third-party applications need to be backed up separately) and upgrade to the corresponding baseline version first, otherwise HarmonyOS System 2 cannot be upgraded.

Upgrade refers to the following methods (different products have different methods to upgrade the baseline version, so it is recommended to try both methods):

Method 1: Settings > System and Update > Software Update;

Method 2: my Huawei APP/ service APP > service > upgrade and adopt early adopters.
