Why didn't you receive the message?
When the network conditions of operators are not good, information delay often occurs. Its intuitive performance is: when sending MMS/SMS, you can't receive the information report for a long time, but when you contact the other party through non-mobile phone, the other party also reports that you really didn't receive MMS/SMS.
Although the delayed SMS/MMS can finally be received by the other party after n hours, it may hurt the feelings of both parties or cause trouble. Are we really at a loss in the face of the information delay that will last for a long time? Don't!
The following is the author's ultimate way to deal with information delay:
(1) If you wait for two minutes after sending a message and still don't see the message report, you can call the other party's mobile phone briefly and then hang up (you can also make sure that the other party is turned on). In this way, it is very likely that you will receive the information report in the next two minutes.
② If you wait for two minutes after calling the other party's mobile phone and there is still no information report, you can send SMS/MMS again, and you may receive the information report after two minutes (this step can be skipped for economic reasons).
(3) If you don't receive the message report after waiting for two minutes after resending the message, you can conclude that the network situation today is extremely bad, and there is an extremely serious message delay phenomenon [here is a note: the message delay phenomenon of the day may only be aimed at the individuals in your mobile phone address book, but not all of them-because the network operation situation in all places is not as bad as yours or the other's. My hypothesis is this: H stands for your network situation, T stands for the other party's network situation, and the quality of H and T will lead to the following different situations: H is good, T is good-information is smooth, H is good, T is bad or T is good, H is bad-information may be smooth, information may be delayed by both parties (there may be the phenomenon that both parties delay information at the same time or alternately), or it may just be unilateral information delay (that is, A). B sends it to A, but A can't receive it immediately) Three H's are not good, and T's are not good-information delay (combining these three assumptions, it's not hard to imagine why sending messages to A and B on the same day is delayed, but sending messages to C and D is unimpeded)], at this time, you can dial the other party's mobile phone again to see if it is turned on. If the opponent is on, you don't need to repeat steps ① and ②, and go directly to the killing skill-step ④.
(4) If MMS is sent in steps (1) and (2), send SMS to the other party immediately (ignoring the delay of MMS information), and the other party will generally receive SMS immediately; Similarly, if the messages sent in steps ① and ② are short messages, the other party will generally receive MMS immediately (hehe, of course, provided that the other party's mobile phone supports sending and receiving MMS and GPRS service is enabled). Here, the author puts forward a hypothesis (although this method has been tried and tested, it has never failed so far, but because I am not a telecom expert, I reluctantly call this discovery a hypothesis based on the principle that the subjective must conform to the objective reality, so as to prevent prawns from criticizing the attack after finding a counterexample): as long as they can dial the other party's mobile phone, at least one of the two services, MMS and SMS, will be in normal working condition (the difference between the two network models determines them).
In fact, the phenomenon of information delay is not only related to the running state of local network operators (the author speculates that a large amount of local information or operators' maintenance, testing and calculation of the network on a certain day may affect the running state of the network), but also related to the strength of local signals, whether they are in the service area, whether the mobile phone has just been turned off and turned on, and other factors. The latter is false information delay, which is a temporary information delay; The former is true information delay, that is, long information delay. The first steps ① and ② are valid for false information delay but not for true information delay. The fourth step is also valid for true information delay. The third step lets you determine whether it is false information delay or true information delay.
