1. Time and place of physical examination

Candidates who take part in the physical examination should bring their original ID card, interview notice, 1 recent 2-inch bareheaded color photo, medical examination safety book signed by themselves and medical examination expenses (it is recommended to bring about cash from 500 yuan, and the specific expenses shall be subject to the actual settlement of the hospital) before 7: 45 am on June 2, and then report to the gate of Ningde Public Security Bureau (address: No.67 Jiaocheng South Road, Jiaocheng District) on an empty stomach and concentrate on taking the bus. Second, the physical examination items and standards

The physical examination shall be conducted in accordance with the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servant Employment (Trial), Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servant Employment (Trial), Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, National Health Planning Commission and National Civil Servant Bureau on Revising the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servant Employment (Trial) and Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servant Employment (issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [20 16] 140

According to the Notice on Further Improving the Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2065438+02] No.65), if the items such as heart rate, vision, hearing and blood pressure fail to meet the physical examination standards, they shall be re-examined on a daily basis; If the items such as borderline heart murmur, pathological electrocardiogram, pathological murmur and frequent premature beats (confirmed by electrocardiogram) fail to meet the physical examination standards, they will be re-examined on the spot. Candidates who have doubts about the results of the medical examination items that were not re-examined on the same day or on the spot may apply for re-examination to the medical examination implementation organ within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the medical examination conclusion. Re-examination can only be conducted once, and the physical examination results shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion.

According to the "Special Standard for Civil Servant's Employment Physical Examination (Trial)", candidates who apply for positions with special physical requirements should meet the requirements of the "General Standard for Civil Servant's Employment Physical Examination (Trial)" and "Special Standard for Civil Servant's Employment Physical Examination (Trial)". The physical examination items involved in the Special Standard for Civil Servant Physical Examination (Trial) will not be re-examined.

Three. Relevant requirements and precautions

1. Candidates must wear masks, turn on their mobile phones in advance and show the "Eight Min Health Code". Candidates with normal body temperature and green "Eight Min Health Code" can take the physical examination. 2. Candidates are forbidden to bring irrelevant items to participate in the medical examination. When candidates report for duty, they must hand in the Physical Examination Safety Book signed by themselves, and turn off the power supply of communication electronic equipment such as mobile phones, and hand it over to the team leader for centralized custody. Those who fail to hand in the certificate will be disqualified from the medical examination once they are found to have cheated, and will be dealt with according to the discipline.

3. Candidates who conceal diseases or medical histories that affect employment during the physical examination shall be rejected by the recruitment agency or the competent department of civil servants. If there are serious violations of discipline and discipline such as colluding with staff to cheat or asking others to replace physical examination, exchange and replacement of laboratory samples, the recruitment agency or the competent department of civil servants will not be hired, and the competent department of civil servants at or above the municipal level will be recorded in the integrity file of civil servants' examination and employment.

Candidates should pay attention to rest before physical examination, don't stay up late, drink alcohol and avoid strenuous exercise. Don't eat after 8 pm the day before the physical examination. 6. Physical examiners can add necessary examination items according to actual needs. During the physical examination, candidates should carefully complete all physical examination items. If the medical examination items are not completed as required within the specified time after being reminded, it will be deemed as an automatic waiver of the medical examination qualification.
