1. Colleges and universities implement computer remote online enrollment, and colleges and universities implement remote off-site enrollment to carry out enrollment work. During the admission period, the admission site is under closed management, and no one can enter without approval except the admissions staff.

3. When enrolling new students in colleges and universities, it is necessary to complete all aspects of work such as file shifting, file reading, auditing, pre-recording, and file withdrawal on time in accordance with the procedures prescribed by our district, so as to ensure the normal circulation of electronic files of candidates and the smooth progress of admission. For colleges and universities that fail to complete the relevant work according to the requirements over time, refuse to contact without reason or deliberately delay the time, the Admissions Office of the autonomous region will enroll them on their behalf and report the relevant information to the Ministry of Education for the record.

4. Targeted employment enrollment and non-targeted enrollment are enrolled at the same time. If the targeted employment enrollment plan of colleges and universities cannot be completed on the school score line, it can be filed within 20 minutes of the school score line. If it still can't be completed, it will be converted into a non-directional plan.

5. Our district is inhabited by ethnic minorities, and most of the candidates are ethnic minorities. Colleges and universities must admit a certain proportion of minority candidates in accordance with the regulations. For minority candidates who meet the admission requirements, the admissions institution shall not refuse admission for any reason.

(2) Principles and measures for reporting in parallel volunteer.

1. The bidding principle is "score first, follow will". First of all, candidates in the same subject are sorted from high to low according to the total score of characteristics (including various policy scores). When the total scores of features are the same, they are sorted according to the scores of different subjects in arts and sciences:

(1) The order of literature and history subjects is Chinese, liberal arts comprehensive, and mathematics, that is, the total score of characteristics is the same, depending on the Chinese score first; If the Chinese scores are the same, look at the comprehensive scores of liberal arts; If the comprehensive scores of liberal arts are the same, look at the math scores;

(2) The subjects of science and engineering are mathematics, science synthesis and Chinese in turn, that is, the total score of characteristics is the same, first look at mathematics scores; If the math scores are the same, look at the comprehensive scores of science; If the comprehensive score of science is the same, then look at the Chinese score.

2. According to the sorting, search candidates one by one from colleges A to J in the order of "parallel volunteer". Once the searched volunteers meet the requirements for filing, they will file with the college.

3. When the total score of the candidate's characteristics and all scores are exactly the same, and the reported volunteers are also exactly the same, all files will be processed.

1. Candidates who have been officially accepted by colleges and universities may not change their applications to other colleges and universities. No additional recording will be arranged after the admission.

Seven. Care policy

(a) candidates who meet one of the following conditions can appropriately improve their scores on the basis of the total score of the candidates' cultural examination, and admission is decided by the admissions school. Each candidate can only enjoy one bonus item, and those who meet two or more of them can only enjoy the highest bonus item:

1. Children of martyrs, plus 10;

2. During the service period, veterans who won the second class merit or were awarded the honorary title by units above the theater (former military region) were awarded 10; Self-employed retired soldiers plus 10;

3. Children of returned overseas Chinese, their relatives, children of returned overseas Chinese, children of returned overseas Chinese, and candidates from Taiwan Province Province, plus 10;

4. Children of farmers and herdsmen in border towns belonging to border counties, plus 10;

5. Other minority candidates who implement the Han nationality admission score, plus 10;

6. Children of regular teachers, agricultural technicians, medical workers or regular employees who have worked in grass-roots units below the county level (excluding grass-roots units in counties and towns where the prefecture (city) is located) for more than ten years and still work in grass-roots units below the county level, plus 10;

7. Menba, Loba, _ and Sherpa, plus 10.

(2) Every year (the deadline is July 3 1 of that year) for cadres and workers who have entered Tibet, their children will be rewarded with 1 minute when they enter colleges and universities. If both parents work in Tibet, the one who has worked for a long time shall prevail, with a maximum score of 30 points. Admission is decided by the admissions school.

Working hours in Tibet University for Nationalities and mainland offices (except Golmud office) do not count as extra points.

(3) Candidates who participated in the next year's college entrance examination in "advanced two-family" families at the autonomous region level got 10. Candidates who meet the conditions for extra points stipulated in Article (1) and the conditions for extra points in the college entrance examination of "senior duplex households" at the same level in the autonomous region can add up two points, but the added points shall not exceed 20 points. Article 2 The length of service of children of cadres and workers entering Tibet shall be calculated separately.

(seven) candidates who meet one of the following conditions shall be given priority under the same conditions:

1. Children of soldiers who have won class II in peacetime or above in wartime;

2. Children of disabled soldiers from Grade 1 to Grade 4;

3. Children who sacrifice soldiers in the line of duty;

4. Children of soldiers who have worked for more than 20 years in more than three types of hard and remote areas identified by the state and Xizang Autonomous Region and in more than two types of islands identified by the PLA headquarters;

5. Children of soldiers who have worked in more than four types of hard and remote areas designated by the state or in special islands designated by the PLA headquarters for 10 years;

6. Children of aircrew who have been flying or grounded for less than 1 year or have reached the longest flight life;

7. Children of soldiers who have worked in the navy for 20 years;

8. Children of military personnel who have worked in aerospace and nuclear-related positions for a total of 15 years;

9. Candidates who have been approved by the Youth Volunteers Joint Incentive System of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and obtained 5A-level young volunteers.

10. Candidates from the army and disabled people's police who have retired from active service take the national unified examination, which shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations.
