3. Function instructions: When the user meets the conditions for self-service account cancellation, the system will automatically pop up a dialog box to explain the reason;

1) To avoid the user having insufficient balance and being unable to cancel the account normally, There needs to be a certain amount of phone credit in the account. Pre-deposited phone charges = overdue arrears and current arrears real-time phone charges of 50 yuan - pre-deposit;

2) The number after successfully canceling the account can no longer log in to the mobile phone client;

3) The system will start processing at the beginning of the next month and complete the account cancellation before the 20th. If the balance transferred to the number does not arrive immediately, it will be processed before the 20th of the following month. (The balance of the 2G 3G number can only be transferred to the 2G 3G number, and the 4G number is transferred to the 4G number)

4) Due to the manual review process involved, in order to avoid crossing the month, the account cancellation business cannot be processed in the last two days at the end of the month. .

4. Processing entrance: Users can log in to the mobile business hall through the mobile phone number and password of the account to be canceled, and select Service-Processing-Account Cancellation Business to handle the process.

2. If non-Internet package users need to cancel their account, users without a single card contract can do so in the following ways:

1. If you are a prepaid user, prepaid Users do not need to cancel their accounts. If you stop recharging the prepaid number, China Unicom will automatically reclaim the overdue number and cancel the account.

2. If you are a postpaid user, the account cancellation procedures for postpaid users (including postpaid Internet cards) are as follows:

1) Individual users: valid certificate presented by the owner The original ID card must be processed at the China Unicom's own business hall where the number belongs;

2) Institutional users: must present the unit certificate, a copy of the business license with official seal, and the valid ID of the person in charge to the own business hall.

To handle account cancellation, the user is not within the agreement period and needs to go back to China Unicom's own business hall where the number belongs. Currently, it is not supported to handle it online or in remote business halls, and fees will be owed. After paying in full and officially canceling the account, the pre-deposited phone charges can be refunded, but prepayments, grants and one-card recharge charges cannot be refunded.
