Mongolian teaches 9544 students in physics, 9553 students in chemistry and 9523 students in ideology and politics. I. Overall situation of organization and management

(A) to strengthen the examination management, serious examination discipline.

In order to do a good job in the organization and implementation of this examination, our center has issued a series of documents, such as the Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Academic Level Examination for Senior High Schools in the Next Term of the 20 13-20 14 School Year, which put forward clear requirements for examination management, examination style and discipline, security and confidentiality. At the same time, the PPT textbook used in the examination training has been further revised and improved, and the comprehensive examination management system developed by our center has been used in the academic level examination for the first time, which has achieved good results.

Education administrative departments at all levels and local education entrance examination institutions pay more attention to the organization and implementation of the examination, further increase publicity, raise the awareness of candidates, schools and all sectors of society on the importance of the academic level examination, and strive to create a good examination atmosphere.

Education entrance examination institutions and examination centers at all levels carry out examination training step by step, focusing on strengthening the training in examination procedures, distribution, collection, sealing and safety of examination papers and answer sheets, measures to deal with emergencies and accidents, and measures to deal with violations, so as to ensure that all staff can take up their posts only after passing the training.

(2) Strengthen security and confidentiality to ensure foolproof.

Education entrance examination institutions at all levels attach great importance to examination safety work, further strengthen the organization and leadership of examination safety work, clarify work responsibilities, and ensure that safety hardware facilities, personnel, management measures and supervision are in place. Education entrance examination institutions at all levels strictly implement the duty and reporting system, and the transportation, distribution, storage and recycling of test papers and answer sheets are strictly implemented in accordance with relevant regulations.

(3) Carefully organize marking to ensure fairness and reasonableness.

On the basis of active communication and coordination with marking points and online marking technical support units, an online marking agreement was signed with marking points, which put forward clear requirements for marking work progress, marking teacher selection, marking quality control, security and confidentiality, and test paper analysis, thus ensuring marking quality.

After the marking work, the autonomous region has provided relevant achievement information and statistical analysis data for all league cities, counties and schools, which is convenient for educational administrative departments and schools at all levels to scientifically evaluate the teaching quality of local ordinary high schools through vertical and horizontal comparison, analyze and find out the existing shortcomings, improve teaching work in a targeted manner, comprehensively improve the quality of education, and give full play to the guiding and promoting role of academic proficiency test in ordinary high school education and teaching.

Second, the existing problems

(1) After summarizing the duty records during the online video surveillance patrol and inspection, we found the following problems:

1, some test center system administrators ask some common-sense questions, which shows that these personnel are not skilled enough in this position.

2. There are more candidates who didn't bring their second-generation ID cards in this exam, which is significantly higher than the last exam.

3. Some test sites did not clear the field after the first test in the morning, and some candidates stayed in the examination room.

(2) After summarizing and sorting out the inspection and evaluation reports of the autonomous region inspectors, there are the following problems in each league city:

Hohhot 1

(1) Only security guards are set at the entrance of the test center of No.38 Middle School in Hohhot for admission verification; Classrooms without examination rooms have no seals; There is a phenomenon that candidates wear watches and take mineral water to take the exam.

(2) There is no special channel for invigilators in the test center of No.18 Middle School in Hohhot.

(Tumd) There is no double lock in the iron cabinet for storing test papers in Zuo Qi's secret room.

2. Baotou City

(1) Most of the examination offices have no public security posts; There are no shielding devices installed in the examination rooms of individual test sites.

(2) Some invigilators doze off during invigilation, and their attention is not concentrated.

(3) The invigilator transferred from Baotou No.33 Middle School is a primary school teacher, who is unfamiliar with the examination business and has poor discipline in pre-examination training. Candidates sometimes take mineral water to the exam.

(4) No shielding instrument was installed in the bathroom of Baotou No.8 Middle School.

4. Chifeng City

(1) There is no locked iron cabinet in the examination office of Tianshan No.1 Middle School; There is no warning line at the test center of Jianqiao Middle School; Individual examination rooms in Daban No.1 Middle School will issue papers in advance; Individual invigilators in the big board three test sites are unfamiliar with their business and cut their tongues.

(2) Some test sites have some misunderstandings about the setting of the dedicated invigilation channel in the building, which leads to the setting of the dedicated invigilation channel not meeting the requirements.

(3) Some test sites are not equipped with cheating marks according to the prescribed proportion.

5. Hulunbeier City

Some video monitoring equipment in Ergon middle school test center has failed.

6. Xing 'an League

(1) Some test sites have the phenomenon that candidates wear watches and take mineral water to take the test.

(2) There is no temporary storage place for non-test items in individual examination rooms, and a temporary storage bag for non-test items is placed on each candidate's desk.

7. Tongliao

(1) During the first exam in the morning, some candidates wore watches and took mineral water to take the exam.

(2) Among the three teaching buildings in Tongliao No.3 Middle School, the south building is a dangerous building of Class C, which does not meet the requirements for setting up examination rooms; The first and second floors of the three teaching buildings are all shops and restaurants, and the environment is noisy, which seriously affects the candidates' exams.

8. Xilin Gol League

(1) Video invigilators of individual test sites enter the monitoring room with their bags and send text messages with their mobile phones.

(2) individual examination room shielding instrument is not connected to the power supply; There is no shielding instrument installed in the bathroom.

9. Wulanchabu City

(1) Mobile examiners carry mobile phones and smoke in some test sites.

(2) The monitoring equipment of Mongolian middle school in Wulanchabu City broke down during the morning exam, which led to the interruption of monitoring in some examination rooms.

(3) Some county confidential rooms failed to check the entry personnel with metal detectors; The duty record of the secret room is not perfect.

Ordos city 10

(1) There is no banner hanging at the entrance of the test center in Otog Banner.

(2) Video invigilators at the test sites in Otog Banner and Zhungeer Banner are off duty; The video invigilator of Zhungeerqi Century Middle School did not perform his duties during the examination and watched entertainment programs on the computer.

(3) There is no shielding instrument installed in the test center of Etuokeqianqi and the monitoring room of Donglian Middle School.

(4) When the test center in Etuokeqianqi arranged the examination room, the intellectual characters and icons were not blocked as required.

(1) During the examination in the morning, there were no armed police or public security personnel at the entrance of individual test sites for verification, and there was a phenomenon that parents of candidates and other people unrelated to the examination entered the test sites.

(2) In some test sites, candidates wear watches and bring mineral water to take the test.

(3) Video invigilators of individual test sites operate and rotate the platform behind the examination room during the examination; The system administrators of individual test sites did not operate properly when downloading the video of the last exam during the exam, resulting in multiple monitoring screens being black.
