Why can't I receive the information after the bank card payment?

There may be three reasons for not receiving information after bank card payment: network delay, cancellation of SMS notification service and unpaid SMS fee.

1. Network delay

The probability of this reason is relatively low, but there is also a certain probability. If this happens, you can wait a few minutes or see if the network is good. If it's ok, wait a few minutes. If you still can't get the text message, it's not the reason for the network delay.

2. SMS notification service has been cancelled.

Generally, online banking platforms have SMS notification service, but this service is not added automatically and needs to be added manually. If you don't receive the payment, you can log on to the online platform to check whether the SMS notification service has been opened. First, you need to log in to the online banking platform to which the bank card belongs. After logging in to the platform, click on mine, and you will see the logo of customer service. Click on customer service, and then a dialog box will appear, where you can enter SMS notification. Customer service will automatically pop up the direct address of SMS service. Finally, click the address given by the customer service and select the corresponding bank card. Click Open to use the SMS notification service. 3. The SMS fee has not been paid yet

If you don't pay the SMS fee, you won't get the SMS. If you haven't received the payment information of the bank card, and the network is good, and the SMS notification service has been opened, you need to check whether the SMS fee has been paid. You can query on the corresponding applet. After logging in to the corresponding applet, there will be a one-click query option, and you can query the payment information after clicking one-click query. If the SMS fee is not paid, click Pay Now to finish. This process is generally bank card payment, and now it can also be paid through other online trading platforms.
