Where to check your credit report

There are two ways to check personal credit records:

1. Go to the credit reporting department of the local People’s Bank of China to check.

2. You can log in to the Personal Credit Information Service Platform of the Credit Information Center of the People's Bank of China for inquiries.

Three aspects of credit records can be checked through the platform: personal credit information tips, personal credit information summary and personal credit report.

Steps for online inquiry of personal credit report:

After clicking "Register", you need to "agree" to the Personal Credit Information Service Platform Inquiry Service Agreement, and then you can enter the verification link. You will see There are two methods to choose from: "Digital Certificate Verification" and "Problem Verification". If you have ever applied for a loan or have a credit card (including a quasi-credit card) in use, and the information has been submitted to the personal credit system, you can choose between the two verification methods, otherwise you can only choose "digital certificate" Verification" method.

It should be reminded that "digital certificate verification" is to verify identity through what we often call a key (U-Key). There are currently 77 banks cooperating with the platform, but not including ICBC, Agricultural Bank of China, Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Bank of Communications and China Merchants Bank.

If the verification is passed, you will receive an inquiry code (valid for 7 days) sent by SMS from the People's Bank of China Credit Information Center within 24 hours. With this inquiry code, you can check your credit information record after logging in to the website. . Within the same day, the same registered user can only submit one inquiry application. Within the 7-day validity period of the query code, users can check their credit report multiple times.
