Authorize Futu Securities to open and maintain in the name of customers.

The customer hereby instructs and authorizes Futu Securities to open and maintain one or more securities trading accounts (including but not limited to stock option trading accounts) in the name of the customer, and to purchase, invest, sell, exchange securities or conduct other securities transactions in Hong Kong or other places according to the terms set out in this Agreement.

Futu Securities may, at the request of customers, agree to conduct securities trading on behalf of customers, and may provide customers with opinions, information and/or suggestions on securities. Customers should make independent judgments and decisions on securities trading and should not rely on Futu Securities or any other group members.

The relevant requirements of Futu Securities stipulate that:

1. For RMB products involving long-term investment, you need to pay special attention to the fact that if you redeem your investment before the maturity date or lock-up period (if applicable), you may suffer significant principal loss when the redemption income is significantly lower than the investment amount.

2. When the customer exercises the customer contract or the customer contract is exercised, the customer will perform the delivery responsibility under the relevant contract according to the standard contract and the notice it receives from Futu Securities.
