I used to be a member of Li Hong Company, and I want to talk about my views on bonuses.

First of all, Li Hong Software is indeed the best stock analysis system in China market at present, and Li Hong's after-sales service is also the most thoughtful among all software companies. Training investors every week and on-site service at any time, other software companies can't help. At the same time, the price of Li Hong software can be said to be very cheap (horizontal comparison). Therefore, it is correct for investors to choose Li Hong.

However, for job seekers, Li Hong is not a good choice. Li Hong's business model makes it difficult for employees working in Li Hong to earn money. To do business in Li Hong, you have to work at least 12 hours a day, seven days a week, which is almost equivalent to two weeks' work time for others, but even so, there is no guarantee that you will have a good income. The company's propaganda means rely on invoices in the street, and it is difficult to gain the trust of shareholders. A powerful salesman earns less than 1000 yuan a month.

Salespeople who do well in Li Hong usually earn 2000-3000 a month, and only 3% can get more than 3000. First, there are too few working hours. The company doesn't offer any benefits to its employees, and it has to bear the transportation expenses, meals, dormitory accommodation and medical expenses (the cadres forgot to mention that the basic salary is only in 500 yuan, and it will be gone after the first month). As a result of occupation, as long as employees are sick, there is basically no minimum living guarantee. So the staff turnover rate is extremely high.

In order to stabilize the company's employees, leaders usually make employees work hard in the direction of managers. The manager of the company is indeed promoted from the employees, but even if the manager is well paid, it is not very good. Managers have a fixed monthly salary ranging from 800- 1500, and can get a certain bonus every year according to the fluctuation of performance. The best company can get more than 654.38+10,000. In 2008, more than 60% managers didn't get bonuses.

Li Hong's total income can reach tens of millions every year, which is higher than that of many companies in the industry, but the proportion of grassroots employees' wages is indeed the lowest.

I have worked in Li Hong for three years and am an old employee. My contribution to the company is not great, but it is not small. But in the end, I was only given a basic salary of 500 yuan, and there was really no way to change jobs. As a result, my monthly income in my new company was more than 10000. This shows that it is not that I am incompetent, but that Li Hong Company does not attach importance to talents.

However, some people say that Li Hong is a liar, but I don't agree. Li Hong Company has stated the standard of treatment in employee training, and those who stay in the company cannot be said to be cheated.

Now Li Hong always encourages employees to say that the company will have great development after listing, but I don't know if the company really wants to go public. From all indications, even if it goes public, the grassroots employees will not change much (my personal opinion). I don't think leaders pay enough attention to employees. I have met with the company's personnel director several times and never talked about how to benefit employees. I just emphasize how to retain employees through various "tricks". I left because I was a little cold.

Maybe my statement brings too many personal opinions. Let's feel it for ourselves. I hope Li Hong's employees will not scold me after reading this post.
