What's wrong with the automatic phone?

If you use Huawei mobile phone, the phone automatically makes a call, please check according to the following methods:

1. In standby mode, calls are automatically made:

1. Check whether the speed dial function is turned on.

Turn on or set up speed dial, you can dial a specific number directly, and delete the relevant settings to restore. Please open Dialing > Three-point button in the upper right corner > Settings > Speed Dialing, select the added number, and click "Delete Number Settings" to finish deleting.

2. Check whether the off-screen quick call function is turned on.

Please go to Settings > Assistant > Voice Control >: Off-screen Fast Call. If off-screen quick calling is turned on, please turn it off.

Tip: If the version of the mobile phone voice assistant is 9. 1. 15.200 or above (without the off-screen quick call switch), the off-screen quick call function has been integrated into the voice assistant. This article is not applicable. Please refer to the following solutions.

3. Check whether the automatic dialing function is turned on.

Please go to Settings Search to get the ear function. If you can find it, please turn off the call/quick call after entering.

4. Check whether the Bluetooth headset is connected.

If you make an automatic call when your mobile phone is connected to a Bluetooth headset, please confirm whether you have touched the callback button of the Bluetooth headset by mistake. Bluetooth headset dials back according to the latest call record in the mobile phone.

5. Check whether an application supporting speed dial is installed.

When you accidentally touch the shortcut dialing method of a third-party application, the phone may dial automatically. Please confirm whether such third-party applications are needed as required. If not, I suggest you uninstall them.

6. Virus killing and removal

Please use the virus killing function of mobile phone housekeeper to clean up the virus and enter mobile phone housekeeper >; Virus killing and treatment.

7. Turn on the misoperation prevention mode.

To prevent the phone from being dialed by mistake, you can turn on the error-proof mode.

Go to settings > auxiliary functions, and turn on the misoperation prevention mode switch.

8. Turn on the bright screen function

When the phone is locked, you can automatically make emergency calls in your pocket or bag, which may have turned on the bright screen mode. (This article is only applicable to EMUI 10. 1 and above)

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Quick Start and Gestures > Open the screen, close and pick up the phone's bright screen and double-click the bright screen switch.

9. Please confirm whether your mobile phone will automatically dial when the screen is unlocked, and the interface of the mobile phone will automatically switch.

If this is the case, it may be the touch screen fault that causes automatic dialing. Please back up the important data in your mobile phone (WeChat /QQ applications need to be backed up separately), and then bring the purchase voucher to Huawei Customer Service Center for testing and processing.

Second, in the call state, there is an automatic call:

If your mobile phone automatically makes a call during a call, it may be because your receiver's face and mobile phone are too far away from the optical sensor, the screen of the mobile phone lights up, and the user's external auditory canal or other parts touch the screen, resulting in the outgoing call. It is recommended that you hold your mobile phone close to your face or use headphones to answer the phone during the call.

If the phone is close to your face and the screen is still on during the call, it may be that the phone is close to the optical sensor hardware failure. Please back up the important data in your mobile phone (WeChat /QQ and other applications need to be backed up separately), and then take the purchase voucher to Huawei Customer Service Center for testing and processing.
