If the government information involves the rights and interests of the third party, the accepting institution shall solicit the opinions of the third party, and the time required for soliciting the opinions of the third party shall not be counted in the time limit.

(4) The charging items and charging standards for publicly providing information according to the application.

If a citizen has real financial difficulties in applying for the disclosure of government information, the relevant fees may be reduced or exempted upon his own application and the approval of the government information disclosure organ.
