QQ appealed successfully. Why didn't the text message of the success certificate be sent to my mobile phone?

The QQ number was stolen. If your QQ number is unsafe or cannot be successfully verified, please fill in the account complaint form immediately to get your QQ number back. After the complaint is successful, you can reset the password and new security. Please /appeal/appeal_portal enter and fill in the account complaint form according to the page prompts.

Precautions for appeal:

1. Invite more QQ friends to assist in the complaint, and inform them to complete the auxiliary complaint within 3 hours (even if it has been deleted, friends can be invited);

2. It's best to submit the account complaint form in the place where QQ is used most often (such as home, school or Internet cafe where you go most often);

3. When filling in the used QQ password, if you don't remember the complete QQ password, you can fill in the password that you think is closest or only remember part of the password.
