Why can't photos be saved to mobile phones and SD cards? I can't do anything. I'm so annoyed. I beg God to answer!

If your phone can't save photos to the memory card after taking photos, we suggest that you:

1. View the storage path: Camera-Settings (gear icon)-(Settings)-Memory-Select "Memory Card" to shoot again.

2. Take out the memory card and insert it again.

3. Check whether other files can be saved to the memory card.

4. Back up the files in the SD card and try to format the memory card into FAT format.

5. Try to replace another memory card.

6. Back up data (contacts, text messages, photos, etc. ) and restore factory settings (Settings-Reset/Privacy-Restore Factory Settings).

If the problem still exists, it is recommended that you take your mobile phone, purchase invoice and warranty card to the local Samsung after-sales service center for testing.
