Why can't wincc alarm record confirm all alarm information through buttons?

Due to insufficient authority, there is no alarm to be confirmed in Wincc alarm record. The alarm has been processed, and all alarm information cannot be confirmed by pressing the button.

1. Insufficient permission: the confirmation permission of WinCC alarm record is only set for specific users. If the user does not have enough authority, it is impossible to confirm all the alarm information with buttons.

2. No alarm to be confirmed is selected: If no alarm to be confirmed is selected in WinCC alarm record, all alarm information buttons will be unavailable.

3. The alarm has been handled: the alarm has been handled by other users. For example, the corresponding operation has been carried out or the problem has been solved. Press the button to confirm that the alarm information will not be available.
