How to open the family message if it is clicked and not displayed?

The message is clicked and not displayed. The solution is as follows:

1. View SMS settings: enter the mobile phone settings, find and click "Application Management" or "Applications and Permissions", then click "Application Management" or "SMS and MMS", find and click the program that needs to display family messages, and set its permission to "Allow Notification" or similar options.

2. Check the SMS filtering settings: in the SMS interface, click the three dot icons in the upper right corner, select Settings, and then select filtering criteria to see if the filtering criteria are set. If so, cancel or modify them to not filter.

3. Check the SMS center settings: In the SMS interface, click the three dot icons in the upper right corner, select Settings, and then select the SMS center to check whether the SMS center number is set. If set, please enter the correct SMS center number.
