Verification of Bank Statement of China and Shanghai Enterprise Bank;

Enterprises should check the bank book balance and customer book balance of China Bank in the current period according to the "Bank-Enterprise Balance Table":

If the balance is consistent, you should check "Consistent" in the "Check Result" column on the receipt of the "Bank-Enterprise Balance Statement", affix an effective seal on the bill and mail it back to/from China Bank;

If there is any discrepancy, the outstanding items should be analyzed first, and the balance reconciliation table should be prepared according to the bank journal and enterprise journal of China Bank; If the balance is still inconsistent after eliminating the influence of the open account, the actual book balance of the customer should be filled in the receipt of the bank-enterprise balance statement, the column of "Inconsistency" should be checked, and the bill should be stamped with an effective seal and sent/returned to China Bank.
