How to open the SMS function of Unicom's online business hall

The SMS function is usually turned on by default and no application is required. If this function is not enabled, please contact the local manual customer service or go to the local business hall to enable it. It cannot be enabled directly through the online business hall.

If the mobile phone can't send and receive short messages normally, it can be handled in the following ways:

1. Change your mobile phone to test whether you can send and receive short messages;

2. If you can send and receive short messages, it is recommended to re-insert the card into your mobile phone and send yourself a short message to see if you can receive it;

3. If not, it is recommended to check whether there is a problem with the sim card of the mobile phone;

4. Check whether the number of the SMS center is set correctly;

5. Bring the mobile phone card to the local business hall for testing or replacement.
