* If it does not meet the requirements of this notice or the reasonable requirements of sampling and testing institutions, the relevant institutions may decide whether to conduct sampling or testing at their own discretion.

The Consulate General of intransitive verbs has informed the designated institutions in writing of sampling, testing requirements and certification and issuance specifications (see Annex 1), and strengthened protection during the whole testing process. The designated agency has accepted and will cooperate. According to the requirements of the Consulate General, the sampling inspection agency conducts sampling inspection on passengers going to China and issues inspection certificates.

When accepting the inspection, passengers should take the initiative to explain that the inspection purpose is to fly to China, and confirm that the sampling and inspection meet the requirements of this circular.

Seven. After obtaining the test certificate, fill in the test history and contact history. And upload the real "double inspection" result picture (scan or screenshot) through the health code applet or the QR code webpage of the foreigner's health declaration at the first time.

8. The Consulate General suggested that people who really need to go to China should pay attention to scientific protection and their own health. In case of any of the following circumstances before check-in, report truthfully, adjust the itinerary in time, and take the initiative to postpone the "double inspection" and travel:

1. Not earlier than 1 month before departure, scan the QR code below, fill in the online registration form for passengers from Los Angeles to China, and truthfully and accurately declare the infection history.

2.
