Can Unicom pull up the SMS record after the phone stops?

If the short message record you are talking about is a short message list, you can view the short message list even if the phone is turned off.

You can view the list of short messages in the last six months (including the current month) through the following channels:

1. Log in to the online business hall, and click Query Telephone Charge > Detailed List Query.

2. After logging in to the mobile phone business hall client, click Query > Detailed Query.
