Reading Tip: Even if you send a short message, the other party's mobile phone system may mark your short message as "spam" or "blacklist information" or put it in a separate "blocked short message" folder instead of displaying it in the normal short message inbox. In this way, the other party may not notice your message immediately, or need to actively check the block list to see it.
