According to the new listing rules, this Exchange decides to terminate the listing of listed companies under any of the following circumstances:

(1) For listed companies that only issue A shares in this Exchange, the cumulative trading volume of shares realized through the trading system of this Exchange for 65,438+020 consecutive trading days is less than 5 million shares, or the daily closing price of shares for 20 consecutive trading days is less than 65,438+0 yuan RMB;

(2) For listed companies that only issue B shares in this Exchange, the cumulative trading volume of shares through the trading system of this Exchange is less than 654.38 million shares for 65,438+020 consecutive trading days, or the daily closing price of shares for 20 consecutive trading days is less than RMB 65,438+0 yuan;

(3) For a listed company that issues A shares and B shares at the same time in this Exchange, the trading volume or closing price of A shares and B shares both meet the standards specified in Items (1) and (2) of this Article;

(4) The number of shareholders of a listed company is less than 2,000 every day for 20 consecutive trading days (excluding 20 trading days from the date of initial public offering);

(5) The total daily closing market value of listed companies in this Exchange for 20 consecutive trading days is less than 300 million yuan;

(6) Other circumstances identified by this Exchange.
