1. If you think the password you entered is correct, but you are prompted that the password is wrong, you can try to adjust the case keys of the keyboard and the numeric keyboard keys to make the input state consistent with the password setting state.

2. If you forget the password, you must first confirm whether the account logged into the system is a Microsoft account or a local account.

Microsoft account operation steps:

1. Use another computer to open a browser and enter the URL.

2. Select "Log in with Microsoft account";
