How to complain about China Eastern Airlines sending short messages indiscriminately?

1. Open the APP of the airline you want to complain about in your mobile phone.

2. After logging in, click "Service Hall" at the bottom of the pop-up page.

3. Click "Search Box" at the top of the service hall page. Enter the word "complaint" in the pop-up input page. Fill in the questions and personal information, and click "Submit".
