I just made a credit card bill in installments. Why can't the mobile phone receive information?

Hello, if it is our credit card, we can pay by installment. You can check the account status through online banking or manually check the bill installment status through credit card. The bill is divided into stages successfully, and there is generally no SMS reminder.

After the bill installment application is successful, the current bill only needs to repay the amount other than the bill installment, and the amount of the principal payable in the first installment (the principal payable in each installment = the total installment principal ÷ the number of installments) and the handling fee are reflected in the next month's bill.

Once the bill installment application is approved, it cannot be revoked, nor can the installment amount and number of installments be changed. The outstanding installment funds in a successful bill installment business need to be paid off in advance. If necessary, you can call our credit card customer service hotline to apply. After the application is approved, the unpaid principal and handling fee will be settled in one lump sum, and the bill amount will be paid in one lump sum.
